Our Story

Deed 2 Deed Real Estate was founded in 2018 by co-founders Gretel Ragoonanan and Justin Nicholas. Our team holds multiple real estate certifications, is a member of The Trinidad and Tobago Real Estate Association (TTREA) and is a compliant registrant of The Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago (FIUTT). We sought a fresh take on the real estate narrative and decided to open the agency with the aim of leaving a lasting impact in the industry. Our services include consultation, brokerage and mortgage assistance mainly on the East-West corridor and Central. We continuously develop and sharpen our skills to add more meaningful services to our arsenal and seek to bring on like-minded agents to the team.
